NTUC Fairprice (Dry Warehouse + Cold Storage) – Upper Thompson

This Project primary involved the retro-fitting of the existing NTUC FairPrice Dry Warehouse in order to extend the cold room facilities of the Fresh Food Distribution Centre (FFDC). The works involved retrofitting for the cold room warehousing and ante room, a vegetable trimming area and forklift battery charging facilities, and new erections for a wash bay facility and refuse management facility. ATA headed a team of consultants, and administered building contracts for main / general works, cold room and refrigeration works, racking works, and electrical works.
