Winning design for “Southaven” – a Condominium Housing Dev. at Upper Bukit Timah Road – Phases 1 & 2.

Winning design for “Eastwood Park Centre” – (Block of 4-storey Flats with Commercial Dev at Bedok Road.

Honourable Mention for “Punggol Community Club” in the 4th SIA Architectural Design Awards organised by the Singapore Institute of Architects.

CI-SIA Colour Awards for “Villa Margaux” at Keng Chin/Ewe Boon Road organised by ICI Paints (S) Pte Ltd and The Singapore Institute of Architects.
